SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION

SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION

SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION is a dot by dot application of pigment over the scalp to give the appearance of real shaven hair follicles. We also offer a combination of scalp micropigmentation and hairline microblading.

This technique can be used to fill in bald spots and thinning or to add volume for immediate results. Your scalp tattoo specialist in Australia will work with you to determine which approach is most suited to your needs and everyday hairstyle. These techniques have proved over the years to be an effective solution for both men and women.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING/AFTER THE SESSION

Your scalp tattoo specialist in Sydney will custom blend a colour to match your skin tone and hair colour. A small, hand-held tool is used to draw small dots to mimic natural hair. This procedure is relatively pain-free and takes roughly 30 minutes to 4 hours (depending on your case).

The results can last 4-6 years and, in some cases, up to 10 years, depending on the client’s retention.

AFTERCARE

  • Clients can immediately return to their normal activities; there is no required downtime
  • You can lightly dab the area with a wet cloth to clean; you can wear a hat and sleep any way you wish
  • You can continue to take any medication as prescribed and drink plenty of water

AVOID

Please avoid intense exercise/heavy sweating, scrubbing/shampooing the area, shaving over the treated area, exposure to long-term sunlight, and touching with the hands.
